My name is Margaret Radziszewski and I am the Dentist and Owner of Dazzling Dentistry. I am a mother to two amazing children named Gabriel and Natalia, a wife to a wonderful man named Robert, a sister, a friend to many incredible friends, and a boss to a fantastic team of ladies! We strive to exceed your expectations, not only clinically, but through our service to each patient and the community at large. As a team, we spend countless hours learning how to improve both the dentistry we perform, staying abreast of all new treatments and products, and the service we provide by constantly investing in our Dazzling Dentistry team, as well as our community.
I am a very passionate person who loves to smile, spend time with family and friends, travel, sing, dance, and play piano. Most of all, I am a person who cannot wait to come to work in the morning and start doing what I love most-seeing and meeting my patients and creating beautiful smiles for them! My name is Anita Uscinski and I am a Registered Dental Hygienist at Dazzling Dentistry. I joined the Dazzling team as a Hygienist after graduation from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelors of Science in May 2013; although my journey at Dazzling Dentistry began much earlier. I was only 16 years old and a patient of Dr. Radziszewski when I remember sitting down in the dental chair. I felt an overwhelming sense of happiness knowing that I battled my dental fear in this friendly and painless environment. At this point, I began to think how nice it would be to have a career in this field. Shortly after the visit, Dr. Radziszewski offered me a Business Assistant position.
Here I am, years later, waking up every day to go to work at the same wonderful place but as a Dental Hygienist! Dazzling Dentistry is my second home and our team is one of a kind. We truly grow every day by constantly educating ourselves. We take various classes, having meetings, and attend seminars. To us, patients are more than just clients. We build relationships here with great people, who also appreciate our dedication and exceptional work. We change lives with advanced dentistry.
Over the years, we have seen too much "bad dentistry". We have patients that come to us with bleeding gums and gum disease, who were never been recommended a cleaning. Others have poor quality dentures or crowns that do not fit and are unattractive. Too often we see fillings made with poor materials or quality of work and therefore they are enclosed by cavities. Dazzling Dentistry is different. We strive to provide every patient with the highest quality skill and materials, as well as spending as much time as needed to provide exceptional treatment.
In my free time, I love to entertain with my family and friends. I enjoy cooking, music, and nature. I have a passion for making patients feel comfortable in the dental chair. It makes my day when patients tell me this was the best cleaning they ever had or when I complete an entire cleaning and examination on a child who walked in afraid and then walks out with a priceless smile on their face! My name is Danuta (Donna) Komorowski and I am a Registered Dental Hygienist at Dazzling Dentistry. I joined the Dazzling Team in 2018, although I have been a Dental Hygienist for 12 years. I began my dental career as a dental assistant when I started high school and maintained that position with the same office throughout college and hygiene school. There was no doubt in my mind, dental profession was my passion. I graduated from UIC with bachelor degree in Biological Sciences in 2004 and went on to Prairie State College where I received my Dental Hygiene Degree in 2007.
My priorities as a dental health provider is to make sure that all patients receive the best quality treatment, which includes professional, friendly and clean environment; painless procedures; top of the line equipment and products. I love to help patients achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful smiles. Here at Dazzling Dentistry we place a huge emphasis on continuing education, improving our skills to serve our patients better and we also share this knowledge with our patients so they can improve their health. In our office we welcome children with open arms and it gives me great joy and excitement to care for our youngest patients.
I'm married. We have two wonderful boys, Adam and Michael. In my free time I like to spend time with my family, read and work out.

My name is Ewa Leszczynski. I am the Business Manager at Dazzling Dentistry. My position here allows me to meet a diversity of people and to assist them in maximizing their insurance benefits and providing comfortable financial options that are available to them. It brings me a lot of joy to assist a patient with the option to complete a treatment when they thought they could not afford it. The work is challenging and you never know what sort of dilemma you are going to be faced with, but that is what I LOVE! The wonderful family atmosphere in our office and the ability to help our patients with any treatment needs they might have is very personally rewarding. Hello, my name is Iwona Koszalka and I am a Business Assistant at Dazzling Dentistry. My position allows me to greet the patient, schedule appointments and assist patients with any financial questions they may have. I started working at Dazzling Dentistry in 2011 as a Dental Assistant. Being cross trained and having the knowledge of a Dental Assistant puts me in a unique position to provide patients with the best care, whether it be answering clinical questions or explaining the process and steps of treatment. At Dazzling Dentistry we truly care about our patients and we make every effort to do all that we can to provide them with the best care. In addition to superb treatment, we educate our patients and provide them with tools so that they can maintain a healthy and beautiful smile. The field of dentistry is frequently changing so there are always new products and new procedures to learn about. This can make the career challenging but gives us the opportunity to continuously educate and advance ourselves.
When I am not working, I spend most of my time with my family and friends. I enjoy reading immensely and going for walks with my dog.

I was born in Poland and arrived in the United Stated about 25 years ago. Shortly after, I attended dental assisting school. I have been a dental assistant for Dr. Radziszewski for about 15 years now, even before the opening of Dazzling Dentistry. I am married with two children and love spending time with them as much as possible!
