💗 I am honored to introduce Anita Uscinski - our foundational core Team Member proudly carrying multiple roles within Dazzling Dentistry.

From the first day she stepped into our office, patient care became her lifelong passion. 🙌
Today, she plays a key role in our mission of delivering outstanding, complete, whole - health care.
💎As our Chief Operations Manager, Anita oversees the entire clinical department, mentors new team members and leads the practices’ operational structure.
Her holistic approach to health truly helps set Dazzling Dentistry apart.
Whether she’s reviewing CBCT scans, coordinating interdisciplinary care with medical and dental specialists , or guiding patients through customized treatment plans, Anita’s dedication and loyalty shines through in every detail.

“My journey with Dazzling Dentistry began at the age of 16, and over the years I’ve grown with the practice. Starting as the business assistant and dental hygienist, to now holding the title of the
Chief Operations Manager. This unique perspective has given me the opportunity to truly understand every aspect of the office, from patient experience to team coordination and clinical excellence.
Having spent nearly two decades in the dental field, I’ve developed a deep passion for patient care and a strong commitment to providing a supportive, and efficient work environment.
With a background in dental hygiene and additional training in orofacial myofunctional therapy, I bring a clinical understanding to operational decisions.

🏠Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and our two children, Adela and Antoni. I love dancing, cooking, and traveling—especially when shared with friends and family.
