My journey with Dazzling Dentistry began at the age of 16, and over the years I’ve grown with the practice—starting from the business assistant and dental hygiene, to Chief Operations Manager. This unique perspective has given me the opportunity to truly understand every side of the office, from patient experience to team coordination and clinical excellence.
Having spent nearly two decades in the dental field, I’ve developed a deep passion for patient care and a strong commitment to providing a smooth, supportive, and efficient environment—for both our patients and our team. I work closely with every department to ensure our daily operations run seamlessly, while also continuously seeking ways to elevate the level of care we provide.
My responsibilities include overseeing the hygiene department, training new team members, coordinating treatment plans, and supporting strategic growth and innovation in the practice. I take great pride in mentoring staff, implementing systems that improve workflow, and helping create a space where patients feel truly cared for.
With a background in dental hygiene and additional training in orofacial myofunctional therapy, I bring a clinical understanding to operational decisions. While I no longer practice hygiene daily, I remain involved in patient education and collaborate with our team to make sure care is personalized, comprehensive, and aligned with our high standards.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and our two children, Adela and Antoni. I love dancing, cooking, and traveling—especially when shared with friends and family.

Danuta Komorowski, R.D.H., B.S.
Hello Everyone,
My name is Danuta (Donna) Komorowski and I am a Registered Dental Hygienist at Dazzling Dentistry. I joined the Dazzling Team in 2018. I began my dental career as a dental assistant when I started high school and maintained that position with the same office throughout college and hygiene school. There was no doubt in my mind, dental profession was my passion. I graduated from UIC with bachelor degree in Biological Sciences in 2004 and went on to Prairie State College where I received my Dental Hygiene Degree in 2007.
My priorities as a dental health provider is to make sure that all patients receive the best quality treatment, which includes professional, friendly and clean environment; painless procedures; top of the line equipment and products. I love to help patients achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful smiles. Here at Dazzling Dentistry we place a huge emphasis on continuing education, improving our skills to serve our patients better and we also share this knowledge with our patients so they can improve their health. In our office we welcome children with open arms and it gives me great joy and excitement to care for our youngest patients.
I’m married. We have two wonderful boys, Adam and Michael. In my free time I like to spend time with my family, read and work out.

My name is Elwira Byjos and I am a Registered Dental Hygienist at Dazzling Dentistry. I have been working in the dental field since 2003, starting out as a dental assistant before furthering my education in Dental Hygiene. While working as a dental assistant I realized how passionate I am about the dental field and especially Dental Hygiene. I graduated from a Dental Hygienie program in 2011. My relationship with Dazzling Dentistry started in 2012; I have permanently joined the Dazzling Team in 2022.
I am dedicated to delivering quality dental care in a comfortable environment and treat my patients with uttermost care and individualized attention. My goal is to help create healthy, beautiful smiles through prevention, patient education and gentle treatment. I believe a smile is our most important asset and I’m dedicated to helping you achieve your best oral health. Here at Dazzling Dentistry, we are committed to life-long learning and attend numerous dental continuing courses throughout the year. Our unmatched dental care is due to our love for education, the latest technology, precision and attention to detail in our treatments. We truly care for our patients and treat them like family.

I am Ewa Leszczynski, the Business Manager at Dazzling Dentistry. My journey with Dazzling Dentistry started in 2009. I hold a Business Administration Degree from Lewis University.
In my role, I have the opportunity to meet and assist a diverse range of people, helping them maximize their insurance benefits and providing comfortable financial options. It brings me great joy to help patients afford exclusive treatments they thought were out of reach. The work is challenging, but I thrive on the unpredictability it brings. The family-like atmosphere in our office and the ability to make a positive impact on our patients’ lives through Bioclear restoration techniques and Complete Dentistry are personally rewarding. Hello, my name is Iwona Koszalka and I am a Business Assistant at Dazzling Dentistry. My position allows me to greet the patient, schedule appointments and assist patients with any financial questions they may have. I started working at Dazzling Dentistry in 2011 as a Dental Assistant. Being cross trained and having the knowledge of a Dental Assistant puts me in a unique position to provide patients with the best care, whether it be answering clinical questions or explaining the process and steps of treatment. At Dazzling Dentistry we truly care about our patients and we make every effort to do all that we can to provide them with the best care.
In addition to superb treatment, we educate our patients and provide them with tools so that they can maintain a healthy and beautiful smile. The field of dentistry is frequently changing so there are always new products and new procedures to learn about. This can make the career challenging but gives us the opportunity to continuously educate and advance ourselves. When I am not working, I spend most of my time with my family and friends. I enjoy reading immensely and going for walks with my dog. I love working at Dazzling Dentistry because everyone here is extremely kind, helpful, and very good at what they do. Hello, my name is Agnieszka Wisniewski and I am a dental assistant here at Dazzling Dentistry. I love working because I enjoy people and love seeing them smile! We work very hard to make sure patients walk out feeling great.
I was born in Poland and arrived in the United Stated in 1996. Shortly after, I attended dental assisting school. I have been a dental assistant for Dr. Radziszewski for over 20 years now, even before the opening of Dazzling Dentistry. I am married with two children and love spending time with them as much as possible!
We all work together at Dazzling to make a difference in the health and well being of everyone who comes to our dental clinic and I would like to thank Dr. Radziszewski for inspiring us every day. Come and experience the best care, you will not be disappointed!

Hello! My name is Justyna, and I’m a dental assistant at Dazzling Dentistry. I joined Dr. Radziszewski’s team at the beginning of 2025, bringing with me nearly three decades of experience—my dental assisting journey began in 1996.
Throughout the years, I’ve found dental assisting to be incredibly rewarding. I love helping patients feel more confident about their smiles, working alongside a dedicated team, and continuously learning about advances in dental care. One of the best parts of my day is seeing patients leave our office smiling.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to my daughter Gabrielle, who is currently attending college in Florida. In my free time, I enjoy experimenting with new recipes, reading, and spending quality time with my family.
Monika Fajczyk
Hello everyone! My name is Monika Fajczyk, and I am a dental assistant here at Dazzling Dentistry. Although I’m fairly new to the team, I already love working alongside such an incredible group of women, and I get so much joy from seeing our wonderful patients enjoy their beautiful smiles.
I was born in Poland and immigrated to the United States in 2002. Shortly after arriving, I started working as a dental assistant. In order to raise my two amazing boys, I paused my career . Now that they’re all grown up, I’ve decided to revisit my passion for dentistry and dive back in full-time.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling together.
Every day, the team and I work together to put smiles on our patients’ faces. I make it a priority to be as inviting and positive as I can to help our patients feel welcome and comfortable.
